Movora offers innovative color coding for both EverGreen Sterilization Containers and surgical instruments, making prepping, storing, and identifying surgical packs simple and efficient.
Color-Tailored Rigid Containers
EverGreen Containers are available in eight colors, making organizing different instrument packs in specific containers simple. In the operating room, orthopedic packs could be blue, soft tissue packs red, spay packs green, etc.
Instruments with Personalization
Movora offers custom color-dipping at the Movora Instrument Repair Center – our alternative to instrument tape. We dip a ring or non-working end of the instrument in nylon-like powder and heat seal it to the instrument, creating a fully autoclavable resin that holds up to repeated autoclave cycles and use – unlike standard instrument tape. Sixteen resin colors let you customize your instrument packs by procedure and doctor.
For practices with multiple doctors, we can double-dip instruments, personalizing each doctor’s equipment, making prepping, storing, and retrieving each doctor’s pack uncomplicated and hassle-free. For example, orthopedic instruments could have a blue ring to show they are for orthopedic use. If several doctors need orthopedic instruments, we can add another colored ring to distinguish each doctor’s tools. One surgeon’s instruments could have a blue ring and a white ring. Another doctor’s could be blue and red. This way, staff can easily identify each doctor’s set of orthopedic instruments. The Movora Instrument Repair Center can also etch and engrave custom names, pack identifiers, etc., on the EverGreen containers or accessories.

Double Stack for Operating Room Efficiency
In our taller containers—Wide/Talls and Narrow/Talls—You can double-stack EverGreen wire baskets inside the container base to simultaneously sterilize twice the number of packs or instruments, or to help separate more delicate instrumentation to avoid damage.
Dedicated Trays
The dedicated EverGreen trays—such as a sterilization tray for the DeSoutter Vdrive or the OmniOS system—complement the Evergreen container system. These sterilization trays hold all the drill components at the proper angle for drainage during sterilization. This also allows the equipment to be packed quickly and efficiently, cutting the time it would have taken to wrap the equipment in blue wrap.
Customizable Options
We also offer a customization system for our containers. EverGreen Containers’ modular silicone railing system maximizes instrument organization and sterilization efficiency. These silicone instrument mounts let teams build modular trays, creating custom locations and slots for specific instruments and equipment.
